Carbon Footprint Calculation tool

NTUA has developed an in-house Carbon Footprint Calculation Tool aligned with the GHG Protocol and ISO 14064. The tool imports primary data on electricity and fuel consumption, refrigerant leakage and travel patterns, computes CO₂-equivalent emissions per Scope and per building, and produces dynamic visualisations and automated reports. The first two annual cycles have already documented a 5 % reduction in total emissions between 2023 and 2024, establishing a quantitative baseline for future decarbonisation measures.
